Welcome to CrossFit White City, the largest, oldest, and most professional CrossFit club in Tel Aviv. "The fitness center" of Tel Aviv is us, located at the Kaplan junction on Begin 125, behind the ‘Yovel Tower’ (Government Quarter), a dreamy training complex of over 1000 sqm, 4 separate workout spaces, a winning workout program, the most professional coaching team in Israel, an electrifying atmosphere, and a warm community. For our customers, there's free and close parking, indulgent showers and changing rooms, a diverse schedule, a huge variety of workouts, and more.

During the trial class, you'll receive full guidance from one of our professional coaches, who will tailor the workout specifically for you! This way, you'll be able to feel whether you've found your second home

In every workout, the coach will tailor it to your fitness level and capability, allowing you to progressively engage in the exercises. To help you organize your schedule and train when it's convenient for you, we provide you with a user-friendly app that makes your life easier and even reminds you 3 hours before the session 😉. Registration for workouts opens 48 hours in advance, so you can secure a spot without waiting until the last moment.

Starting to train is the easy part. The hard part is staying committed and loving what you do. Our coaching team will ensure you have the best hour of your day. The reception team will make sure you stay consistent with your workouts, maintain a routine, and assist you with any issue or question that arises. We're here to help you succeed!

Types of Workouts and Schedule

Our daily classic workout, which incorporates all aspects of physical fitness, offers a wide range of exercises derived from various sports disciplines. The goal is to achieve maximum realization of our physical potential

Engaging in independent workouts within a fully-equipped training facility, featuring the most professional fitness equipment on the market, available throughout the day. A professional trainer is present to address any questions

Maximal emphasis on aerobic training in a workout that engages major muscle groups for an extended period, aimed at enhancing cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance

Focusing on technique improvement in Olympic lifts to maximize weights lifted and repetitions performed, while also increasing volume of repetitions

Strengthening core muscles, stability, flexibility, strength, and technique through bodyweight exercises and the use of supplementary weights as strengthening tools

Body development-style training with an emphasis on relevant muscle groups for both men and women

Mind-Body Connection Training aimed at improving stability, breath work, flexibility, weight distribution, and balance to achieve a sense of calm and tranquility. An excellent regimen for relaxation, release, and a standalone workout

Range of Motion and Flexibility Training that focuses on improving the mobility and flexibility of our body's joints, crucial for performing complex CrossFit exercises that demand a good range of motion. Emphasizing muscle groups relevant to both men and women

Simplified Movement Training consists of basic exercises with the simple goal of movement itself. Minimal equipment is used, focusing on continuous and less technical work, prioritizing consistent motion over complex technique and learning

Welcome to CrossFit White City, We are thrilled to have you join us for a one-of-a-kind training experience at Israel's premier CrossFit affiliate. With 4 separate workout spaces, a variety of workout options, changing rooms, showers, and even customer parking, we've got everything you need for a fantastic fitness experience !

 Our team is here from 9:00-21:00, ready to assist you. We're looking forward to have you! 

Drop-in fee is 100 NIS.

We also have subscription options available for tourists.

We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the workout to have the payment and waiver sorted.
